1. Binding Bids
All bids are legally binding. The highest bidder at auction close is obligated to complete the purchase at the bid price plus the 12% buyer's premium.
2. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours by ACH or wire transfer. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
3. All Sales Final
All merchandise is sold as-is. No refunds or returns. Condition grades and manifests are informational only and do not constitute a warranty.
4. Pickup
Merchandise must be picked up within 5 business days of payment at our NJ/PA warehouse. No shipping available.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment, fraud, or violation of these terms.
